Jared Entwistle

Class of 2017
jaredentwistle99@gmail.com

So, you want to learn about Jared? Well, he is a current junior - class of 2017 - and an enthusiastic, founding member of the SWAT club. As the STEM field is of great interest to Jared, working with technology has become almost second nature to him, and he hopes to make the same true for his community through various endeavors with SWAT. Meanwhile, Jared is also a dedicated member of the theater tech crew (and class) having already, in his first year, operated "sound" for two musical productions: Good News and Legally Blonde jr.

At the moment, he has been exploring computer science (through two classes and programming club) and, from work on the school's robotics team, cultivated a curiosity for electrical engineering. Jared is not on any school organized sports teams; however, he considers his spot on the varsity math team to be equally prestigious and rewarding. In other non-STEM related activities, Jared has expressed his infatuation with music performing on the French horn in the wind ensemble, full orchestra, and brass ensembles this year. In addition, he is a leading member of the Juggling club where he teaches different "juggling disciplines" and performs at various events.

The future awaits new, exciting journeys for Jared, yet, he can confirm that he will continue pursuing STEM studies and music, alongside opportunities to volunteer and interact with his community. He also plans on achieving a college education after high school.
